We utilized and trusted a booking on the site, only to arrive late to the destination and find a close hotel. We utilize the number listed on your site for after hours check in, as well as the phone number physically posted at the hotel, and was unable to check in or reach anyone. We called Hotel Tonight customer service where in she said she would call on our behalf and we never heard back after 45 minutes. I had to then call Hotel tonight and get another representative who then put me on hold for another 15 minutes keep in mind the weather is 4 degrees standing in the snow. I finally became so frustrated that I called around to neighboring hotels and booked a stay in a neighboring location. All the while still no resolution from Hotel Tonight representatives had I left it up to them and waited my coworker who I made the reservation for, would have been dead and frozen. Hotel tonight customer service could have made their call and realized immediately. Nobody was available to physically help us at the location and begin to work on finding alternate as suitable accommodations for my coworker. Instead, they chose to draw out the situation to over an hour, and Lord only knows how longer had Id let it continue before I took proactive action. This is terrible customer service, and this will be the last time that my self or the coworkers in my company will be utilizing this service. I have reported it to the Better Business Bureau.
